What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of MX3D’s groundbreaking technologies. You’ll take charge of the entire sales process, from building relationships with potential clients to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. You’ll get to work with three cutting-edge solutions:
M1/MX Metal AM Systems: Our top-tier turnkey robotic 3D metal printing system
MetalXL: A transformative software turning existing robots into industrial 3D printers
Print-on-Demand Services: We produce custom metal applications for various industries at our Amsterdam facility.
You will be responsible for:
-Building and nurturing strong customer relationships
-Driving an effective, customer-centric sales process and closing win/win deals
-Assessing industrial designs/CAD files and discussing with customers
-Creating tailored quotes and offerings for industrial customers
-Representing MX3D at major international events, conferences, and fairs
-Analyzing and tracking sales data to optimize your sales approach
-Reporting directly to the Management Team
What You Bring to the Table:
-A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Engineering degree preferred)
-A degree in Material Science or experience in the metal industry is a pre to MX3D
-Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the energy, manufacturing and/or high-tech industry
-Strong focus on customer needs, with a focus on closing deals and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Test Engineer Amsterdam
Your Role:
As a Test Engineer at MX3D, you will play a crucial role in testing, optimizing, and improving our products. You will evaluate new features, provide actionable feedback to the R&D team, and ensure the reliability of our MetalXL workflow. In addition, you will provide support to both internal teams and external customers while helping to enhance their user experience through training and documentation.
Your Responsibilities:
-Test and validate new internally developed features before internal release.
-Stress-test existing features of the MetalXL workflow to maintain and further enhance its robustness and reliability.
-Provide detailed feedback to the R&D team on feature performance and areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize performance and enhance features.
-Conduct in-depth development and maintenance of the MetalXL alloy and strategy library.
-Train and assist customers in effectively using MX3D’s products.
-Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for CAM, Live, Viz, and Add-ons.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

Your Role:
As a Robotics Engineer / Deployment Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and integrating our advanced robotic 3D printing technology. Working with an international team, you’ll design, develop, automate, and optimize our robotic systems (in-house in Amsterdam and at our customers), ensuring our products are at the cutting edge of the industry.
You’ll work in a collaborative SCRUM team, primarily with ABB robots, but also supporting KUKA. This job also entails coding with ABB Rapid or KUKA KRL. Knowledge of CE marks and certification/qualification is welcomed. You’ll install, maintain and provide support activities on robotic systems both at our MX3D facility in Amsterdam and around the world at our customers using the M1 or MX Metal AM Systems.
Responsibilities:
-Deploy, maintain, and support our robotic 3D metal printing systems at our facility in Amsterdam and worldwide at our customers
-Integrate robotic systems and control systems, ensuring seamless print production
-Work with sensors, actuators, and automation tools to drive system performance

MX3D is looking for hands-on Welding or WAAM Engineers to complete our team that is responsible for realizing robotically 3D printed projects using power sources like Fronius CMT and similar machines.
