MX3D B.V. is committed to conducting business in an ethical, responsible, and sustainable manner. We expect our suppliers to share and uphold these values in their interactions and operations within our supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations we have for our suppliers.

Ethical Conduct

Suppliers shall conduct their business with honesty, integrity, and transparency.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate.

Labor and Human Rights

Suppliers shall uphold the human rights of all workers, including but not limited to the right to fair wages, reasonable working hours, and a safe working environment. Child labor and forced labor are strictly prohibited. Suppliers must respect the rights of employees to join labor unions or engage in collective bargaining.

Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

Suppliers shall provide equal opportunities for all employees and shall not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.

Health and Safety

Suppliers must maintain safe working conditions and take appropriate measures to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers shall adhere to environmental laws and regulations and work to minimize their environmental impact. This includes reducing waste, conserving resources, and using sustainable materials and practices where possible.

Anti-Corruption

Suppliers shall not engage in bribery, corruption, or any other unethical practices, and should have strong anti-corruption policies in place.

Privacy and Data Protection

Suppliers shall protect the privacy and data of employees, customers, and any other stakeholders in their care and abide by relevant data protection laws.

Quality and Product Safety

Suppliers shall provide products and services that meet agreed-upon quality standards, are safe for their intended use, and adhere to all applicable regulations.

Supply Chain Responsibility

Suppliers shall encourage responsible business practices throughout their own supply chains and require their own suppliers to adhere to similar ethical and responsible standards.

Reporting Violations

If suppliers become aware of any violations of this Code of Conduct, they should report them promptly to the relevant contact within MX3D B.V.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in corrective action or, in severe cases, termination of the business relationship with the supplier.

Certification

By entering into a business relationship with MX3D B.V., suppliers certify their commitment to and compliance with MX3D’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
